As a student in IST, what I learned from my major is how to make work more efficient by using information system. Engineer is all about being lazy. Think about the starting of all mechanical or internet of things, it is all about reducing the work and help people enjoy the life. So being lazy is what an engineer must aim for. On the other hand, what I learned form bodybuilding is that your hard work will always be paid off. There is no easy way out. You must work hard to achieve the physique you want to have. It is interesting that people save energy on work but spend so much energy at gym. I think this is a good balance between brain and body. A person using his brain all the time will usually end with a unhealthy body. A person who only use his force will have a short vision and lack of knowledge. It will be perfect balance between smart brain and sexy body.
