I still remember that rainy afternoon when I first came to America in August 13, 2011. I was picked up from the airport and sent to Valley Forge Military Academy. I did not know it was hell for me that time but it made me who I am today. Intensity training, discipline life and leadership experience give me the pride that outside world don't understand. The happiest moment at Valley Forge was working out with friends after a long day of training and study. At that time, fitness is just my hobby. I was longing for that soreness after each workout session. Three years later I graduate from Valley Forge as the Captain of E-battery. The most valuable memory I have is the brotherhood we build during those hard time.

After that I came to Penn State University, major in Information Science and Technology. I was never a computer guy but I love doing business. I believe computer skill is something I must have to do business in this modern world. Still, fitness is what I really enjoy. During the leisure time, I achieved the ACE personal trainer license. I realized that if fitness is something I am really passionate about why don't I share my passionate to others and help more people to stay fit. In China students are too busy with study and young people are busy with work. I would love to help them get stronger and healthier. So I signed up the fitness competition this May. It is my first step toward my goal.
